All completed sessions — including Reiki, Tarot, mentorship, and intuitive guidance — are non-refundable.

Due to the energetic and experiential nature of this work, results and experiences may vary for each individual.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking.
• Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

This ensures respect for the reserved time and preparation involved.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.

4. Emergency Consideration

In the case of a genuine emergency, please reach out via email within 24 hours of your scheduled session.
Requests will be reviewed with discretion and compassion, though refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Payment & Chargebacks

By completing your booking, you agree to this policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in future booking restrictions.
